After discovering the deceitful, egg stealing green pigs in the first movie, our flightless feathered friends are back in an all new adventure, Angry Birds Movie 2, which is now playing in theaters. This time Angry Birds and pigs will have to team up against a new threat that puts both islands in danger. Red (Jason Sudeikis), Chuck (Josh Gad), Bomb (Danny McBride), and Mighty Eagle (Peter Dinklage) recruit Chuck’s sister Silver (Rachel Bloom) and team up with pigs Leonard (Bill Hader), his assistant Courtney (Awkwafina), and techpig Garry (Sterling K. Brown) to forge an unsteady truce and form an unlikely superteam to save their homes.
In anticipation of Angry Birds 2 coming to theaters, Sony Pictures has released several printables that we can print and create. There is a DIY pinwheel, DIY Party Popper, Straw Covers, Coloring Pages, and masks. To get these printables click the images below and save the PDFs to your computer. Then print and create for tone of Angry Birds fun.
The Chuck Pinwheel requires the printed template, 1 sheet of construction paper, scissors, straw, pin, and glue. Now we glue the sheets together, cut along the dotted lines, form the pinwheel, and pin it to a straw. With just a little wind, the pinwheel will begin to move almost as fast as Chuck.
The party popper is a fun little craft to share treats that rocket or explode out of tubes. We will need the printed template, ribbons, cracker snaps, scissors, and stuffing of your choice. All we have to do is cut out the template, glue on the cracker snap, roll the template into a tube and tie off each end with a ribbon. Then let the fun begin.
Forming an Angry Bird party requires some fun decorations. What better way to decorate than to cover straws with fun Angry Bird Movie 2 images. Simply cut out the circles, cut along the small lines, and slide the straws through the two holes. On a side note, these would also make awesome cupcake toppers or stickers.
The packet below contains 10 fun Angry Birds Movie 2 coloring pages. Simply click the image below, save the PDF, print the pages, and color.
The masks are coloring pages as well while also being a fun craft. Puncture holes where indicated, tie strings into the holes, and now we can wear the mask that we have colored.
