Hotel Transylvania 2 Free Cubeecraft of Frank

FIRE! Fire Bad! leave it to Frankenstein’s Monster to be so blunt and forthcoming about the dangers of fire. We can all learn a lesson about how hazardous a big ball of fire running through a cabin can be. Let’s just say it is down right disastrous, right up there with tossing a grandchild over a rickety tower hoping that he would sprout wings and fly. Oh wait…that happened.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When Frank isn’t running from fire or helping to throw a baby off a tower (do not try that at home people…very unsafe), he is actually a pretty cool guy and more down to earth than most of Dracula’s friends. He is kind, lovable and like an uncle to Mavis. Frank looks at things more realistically than the other members of the Drac Pack but he will still play a prank when the opportunity arises. Murray the mummy learns this the hard way in Hotel Transylvania when Frank makes it look like Murray ‘cut the cheese.”
My Frank paper craft features Frank in his ‘working man’s suit,’ black shoes, red tie and striped shirt. Like Frank in Hotel Transylvania 1 & 2, he has grayish blue skin stitched together. Although, no amount of stitching will help keep Frank together. He seems to fall apart rather easily.
To Build the Cubeecraft:
Materials needed:
Card stock
x-acto knife
To make:
  1. Cut out each item along the outer black lines
  2. Cut along the white on each tab using the x-acto knife
  3. Cut along each red line using the x-acto knife
  4. Fold along each inner solid black line and slide each tab into the slots you created with an x-acto knife to form a cube of the head, body, arms, and feet
  5. Slide the arms through the red slots on either side of the body.
  6. Slide the feet through the red slots at the base of the body.
  7. Slide the head through the red lots of the now completed body.
Step aside R2-D2 there’s a new droid in town! Just Kidding. R2 will forever remain my favorite droid but BB-8 is taking a close second. In fact, BB-8 has become an internet sensation! The amazing Sphero BB-8 App-Enabled Droid rolled off the shelves and the fun BB-8 Bobble-Head sits on almost every Star Wars Fan’s desk. His cuteness and coolness reigns supreme in the Star Wars universe.
Of course, with BB-8 becoming a huge hit, what is the first thing a Star Wars fan wants as their theme for their upcoming birthday? If you are thinking BB-8, you would be correct. However, do you know how hard it is to find BB-8 Party Supplies? Let’s just say it is nearly impossible. Oh sure, there are wall decals and Cardboard Standups but banners, cupcake wrappers and cupcake toppers are a little more difficult to find.
Spooky Halloween Eyeball Cookies Recipe
Halloween is the perfect season for us crafters and bakers to come out of hiding and show off our talents! Who am I kidding, we never hide. Our genius must be shared with the world! Trust me, the world enjoys it, and so do the kids! I do however, bake a little more around the holidays, making my famous Pumpkin Cookies, Monster Bites, and special desserts. I also like to branch out a bit and look for unique recipes I can sink my teeth into. The internet is never lacking with Pinterest, craft sites and awesome bloggers posting great ideas. So after I have done some cosplay, sewing, gluing, taping and making a fun glittery mess all over the house (that stuff gets everywhere), I like to make delicious baked treats.
This year my search took me to one little item that changed an all-the-time cookie into a perfect Halloween cookie. This one item is the Wilton Candy Eyeballs! Free Halloween Coloring Page Featuring Frostfang from Slugterra
This Halloween I am creating 5 different coloring pages featuring Ghouled Slugs from slugterra. Today’s Slug is 3 of 5 featuring the Frostfang!
The Frostfang is the ghouled version of a Frostcrawler. The Frostfang is a blue ghoul slug with a green cap, claws and teeth. It takes on the similar shape of the frostcrawler but a little more creepy with its one red eye. The teeth are long and intimidating but that is not what a slugslinger should worry about, this slug will freeze it’s opponent before they have time to blink or it may just decide to shoot spinning blades of sharp icicles. Either way, its victim is in for a world of hurt
Happy National Dessert Day for 2015!
Yes, there is a day for eating desserts. This may be the best non-holiday holiday ever. I mean, who doesn’t like desserts!
Since it is October and it is basically the Pumpkin Pie Spice Season, I thought the best way to celebrate National Dessert Day would be with something Pumpkin-y. Thanks to Family Disney, I found the perfect Recipe to make for National Dessert Day! Inspired by Mickey Mouse’s Ears, Disney created the yummy Mickey’s Pumpkin Whoopie Pies. This is a make from scratch recipe so there is a little work involved, but the best recipes usually require a little work. And they are oh so delicious!
mickey pumpkin whoopie pies recipe
Picture from Family Disney
Mickey’s Pumpkin Whoopie Pies
What You’ll Need
Mixing bowls
Electric mixer
Wooden spoon
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 cup cooked pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pastry bag with 3/4-inch or so opening (or large plastic food storage bag with a lower corner snipped)
Baking sheets
Parchment paper
Cooling rack
Cream cheese frosting (homemade or store bought)
1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt.
2. In a second mixing bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar together until creamy. Beat in the egg, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract.
3. Stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Then spoon the batter into the pastry bag.
4. For the Mickey faces, pipe 2.5-inch blobs of batter on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart. Remember, you need two for each whoopie pie. Use a clean fingertip to gently flatten the blobs into uniform circles, as shown. Tip: dipping your fingertip in water periodically will keep the batter from sticking to it.
5. Pipe small ear blobs at the top of each batter face, keeping them as close in size as possible. Again, use a wet fingertip to flatten them, as shown.
6. Bake the Mickey pumpkin cakes until they spring back when you press down on the center (about 8 to 10 minutes). Let them cool on the baking sheet slightly before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
7. Spoon cream cheese frosting into a pastry bag.
8. Pair up the baked pumpkin cakes, matching the shapes and sizes as best you can. Working with one pair at a time, turn one of the cakes face down and pipe moderate mounds of frosting on the face and ears. Top the frosted cake with its match and gently press down to spread the filling and hold the whoopie pie together. Store leftover whoopie pies in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Hotel Transylvania 2 Free Cubeecraft of Dennis
If a Vampire and a Human had a baby, would the baby be a human or a Vampire? In Hotel Transylvania 2 Dennis “Denisovich” arrives into the monster world. His curly red hair and happy demeanor is so adorable and very un-vampire like. He has no fangs, no pale skin and is a fan of the Cake Monster and Batman. Dennis’s entire look and attitude is the complete opposite of what monsters should be like, which is very unsettling to poor Dracula. But what can he do with Mavis in ‘protective mode’ all the time? So for four years he attempts to make Mavis happy and allows her to raise Dennis human…for the most part.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

When Dennis is about to reach his fifth birthday, Dracula begins to panic. Dennis’s fangs must come out before the end of his fifth birthday or he will forever be human. In an attempt to make sure Denisovich is a vampire, Dracula sends Mavis to California so that he can have some alone time with Dennis. His goal is to teach Dennis what it means to be a vampire and get his fangs to come out. If Dracula fails he risks losing his daughter to the human world. However, that could happen anyway if he can’t learn to accept that humans are now a part of his life.

Dennis is the nicest boy Winnie knows. He shows compassion for others, a creative imagination and loves his family. He wears a green and white Jersey with the number 4 on it, tan shorts and blue shoes. You can tell he got his style from his dad, Johnny. He has curly hair and fair skin.

This cubeecraft features Dennis in his standard clothes, complete with curly hair. This cubeecraft is free to download, however, I will accept donations. These projects take a long time to create and any amount is much appreciated!

To Build the Cubeecraft:
Materials needed:
Card stock
x-acto knife

To make:

  1. Cut out each item along the outer black lines
  2. Cut along the white on each tab, the white lines on either side of the face using the x-acto knife
  3. Cut along each red line using the x-acto knife
  4. Fold along each inner solid black line and slide each tab into the slots you created with an x-acto knife to form a cube of the head, body, arms, and feet
  5. Slide the arms through the red slots on either side of the body.
  6. Slide the feet through the red slots at the base of the body.
  7. Slide the now completed body through the red lots of the head.
  8. slide the black tabs of the hair through the slots on either side of the face

Dennis is now complete. To download the template click the image below and save it to your computer. Then print and create!
