Galactic Recipe: Han Solo’s “Dice”-d Potatoes


With Labor Day coming up (and all that outdoor grilling!) and “Solo: A Star Wars Story” coming to Blu-ray 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, DVD, and On-Demand on September 25th, we have another fun new recipe to share! Feast your eyes upon the delicious “Han Solo’s “Dice”-d Potatoes.” They are a perfect side dish for those Millennium Falcon Burgers!

Han Solo’s “Dice”-d Potatoes

  • Servings: 4
  • Difficulty: easy

Ingredients

  • 3 medium-sized Russet potatoes, cut into large cubes
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chunky mixed garlic seasoning
  • cooking spray
  • salt
  • Millennium Falcon Burgers
Directions

  1. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil.
  2. Add potato cubes.
  3. Cook for about 5 minutes until just fork tender. (do not overcook them.)
  4. Drain and allow to cool slightly.
  5. In a large bowl, add potatoes, oil, and seasoning.
  6. Toss.
  7. Spray a grill basket with cooking spray.
  8. Add potatoes to the grill basket.
  9. Cook on the grill over medium low heat, tossing occasionally so they don’t burn.
  10. Continue to cook until golden brown and crispy. (About 10 minutes.)
  11. Salt the potatoes and serve with Millennium Falcon Burgers.
