Imagine a world with fantastical characters but no magic; where elves are accountants and not wizards; where dragons are pets like dogs, and where the 1970’s makes a come back in awesome van art. Disney Pixar’s Onward brings this world to life.
Onward takes place in a realm devoid of magic..or so the world thinks. It turns out there may just be a little magic left and two elf brothers find it. One would think these brothers would conjure riches, power, or video game awesomeness, however, instead they attempt to bring back their dad for just 24 hours.
But in a world of non-magic users, spells are hard to complete and something goes terribly wrong; only half of their dad comes back…and it’s not the half that can talk. In an effort to see him before the magic runs out, the brothers go on a journey to see if they can find just a little more magic to bring their dad fully back.

Pixar Animation Studios’ all-new original feature film is directed by Dan Scanlon and produced by Kori Rae—the team behind “Monsters University.” “Onward” is now in theaters as of March 6, 2020.
