In celebration of Rugrats the Complete Series coming to DVD, Nickelodeon has released a fun craft inspired by the doll that saw it all, Cynthia. This craft turns an ordinary headband into the easily identifiable, Cynthia hair-do.
To make this craft fans will need:
- Yellow Craft Foam
- Pencil
- Black Marker or Paint Pen
- Headband
- Hot Glue Gun
- Scissors
- Black Pipe Cleaners
