Rouge is a light pink kitten with green eyes, pink nose and hair, and a yellow tail. She features dark pink bows in her hair and tail. Rouge also fashions a gold tiara and necklace. Her Palace Pets insignia is Dark Pink.
Rouge belongs to Princess Belle. When they met outside of the castle library, Belle fell in love and decided to keep her. Now Rouge listens to all the stories Belle reads about far off lands. Every now and then her curiosity leads her to Maurice’s messy invention room. Good thing cats have 9 lives.
