How to Get a Free Book from Kellogg’s Feeding Reading Program

From now until the end of September, Kellogg is giving away books with their new Feeding Reading Program! You read that right…FREE BOOKS! And the best part is, we can choose which book from 125 titles in three different reading levels! On top of that, there are no shipping charges! This is a win all around.

Kellogg’s Feeding Reading program will offer parents, teachers, and kids fun ways to fuel minds and bodies for back to school success. And by teaming up with Penguin Random House, we’re building kids’ reading confidence and empowering young imaginations.

Getting the free books is fairly easy. Simply buy participating merchandise from now to the end of September, upload the receipt with the qualifying purchases (each receipt must be uploaded separately and within 30 days of purchase, no later than 10/30/20), and wait for the credits to be added to your account. Once the credits are added, select the books you desire and have them shipped to your home. There is, however, a limit of 10 books per participant. See Kellogg’s Family Rewards for more details.

I tested this process out and it works! Check out the Mad Libs books my family gets to enjoy!

Books I selected to receive.
Look how large the Best of Mad Libs is compared to the normal book. WOW

After I tried out the process I have a few tips.

  • You will need an account on Kellogg’s Family Rewards website. But this is actually very awesome with all the freebies they have! On their site, under their rewards tab, they have 16 printables featuring coloring pages, games, and books.
  • Make sure you upload your receipt in the right area. There are two areas where you can upload your receipt. One will allow you to earn family reward points and the other earns you book credits. You can upload the same receipt to both.
  • The credit number at the top of the screen states how many credits you have earned, not how many you have to spend. You have to keep track of how many you have spent and how many you have yet to spend. We have to do math…nice one Kellogg’s.

Follow these tips and the instructions provided by Kellogg’s and you will be enjoying books in no time. On a side note, if your family doesn’t need or want the books, it is easy to donate to a school or library of your choice! All it takes is clicking DONATE instead of KEEP when you order the book.

We give Kellogg’s Feeding Reading program an A+! What a great way to celebrate back o school! Thank You Kellogg’s!
