Happy Independence Day!
In 1776 the United States adopted the Declaration of Independence declaring our Independence from Great Britain. Today we celebrate our independence with BBQs, Fireworks and parties. At my house we have a BBQ, water balloon fights, and great 4th of July inspired foods. This year I am making Ice cream sandwich cookies and Yogurt parfaits for festive desserts after all the celebrating.
After all the fun and food, there is a moment when everyone needs to wind down and relax. Coloring pages and activities are best for getting the family seated and concentrating on a calm and quiet task. Thanks to crayola.com we can celebrate our Independence Day with fun and learning while relaxing and reminiscing about the day.
