To celebrate this holiday release, we are sharing a delicious sugar cookie recipe featuring monster truck wheels inspired by PAW Patrol Rescue Wheels. Make this fun recipe for with your kids to enjoy and celebrate all things PAW Patrol! NOTE: all cutting and cooking should be handles by an adult.

Monster Truck Wheel Cookies
A fun recipe for the kids inspired by PAW Patrol Rescue Wheels.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup unsalted butter at room temp
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups + 1 TBSP all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 package of black royal icing mix (make as directed)
- Gray sprinkles
- piping bag with small tip for solid lines
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, beat together butter and 2/3 cup sugar until combined
- Add in flour and vanilla and blend well
- Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and place on the baking sheets 2 inches apart
- With the bottom of a measuring cup or glass, press down on the balls to flatten
- Bake for 14-16 minutes or until just slightly golden around the edges and on the bottoms
- Remove from the oven and let rest on the baking sheets for at least 10-15 minutes
- Mix royal icing according to the directions
- When cookies have cooled, ice the entire cookie creating a nice black circle. Use gray sprinkles to make a circle in the center, add your tire tracks by putting royal icing in a piping bag and making stripes along the outside of the circle.
