This apple pie recipe is a perfect mini dessert the whole family will enjoy. To make these yummy pastry pies you will need several ingredients and a Mini Pastry Maker Kit. The ingredients and items needed include:
- Mini Pastery Maker Kit
- 2 rolls of pre-made pie crust
- 2-3 lg apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1 egg white, beaten
- Parchment paper
- Pastry brush
- Baking Sheet
