Cubeecraft of Ty Lee From Avatar: The Last Airbender Animated Series

Probably one of the most dangerous characters on Avatar: the Last Airbender, was Ty Lee. Using chi blocking she knew just where to hit to stop a benders ability to control the elements for a short time. It pretty much left the characters incapable of movement. Even non benders, like Sokka found out, are usually unable to defend against her attacks. You wouldn’t know she was so dangerous by talking to her. Her bubbly personality and her kind nature masked her abilities well. I suppose the statement, “It’s the nice ones you have to worry about” fits her perfectly.

Many times she had an airhead like nature and was constantly looking for attention from people around her. However, she often proved to be smarter than she appeared, especially when she turned on Azula to save Mai’s life.

She is a member of the Fire Nation, but is not a fire bender. Instead she is a very acrobatic martial artist capable of defending her friends and herself. At the battle of Ba Sing Se, she was able to take out some of the best Earth Benders in seconds with her Chi Blocking abilities.

After being imprisoned with the Kyoshi Warriors, Ty Lee share a few Chi Blocking moves and later joined them, to the surprise of Sokka and the other Team Avatar Members.

Materials needed:
Printer
Card stock
scissors
x-acto knife

To make:
1. Cut out each item along the outer black lines.
2. Cut along the white on each tab using the x-acto knife
3. Cut along each red line using the x-acto knife
4. Cut along the top hair using an x-acto knife. This will allow them to remain straight and not bend when you fold the cubeecraft. See the 3d image for assistance
5. Fold along each inner solid black line and slide each tab into the slots created with an x-acto knife to form a cube of the head, body, arms, and feet
6. Slide the arms through the red slots on either side of the body.
7. Slide the feet through the red slots at the base of the body.
8. Slide the now completed body through the red lots of the head.
She is now complete

Free Madagascar 3 Printables, Games, Activities and Coloring Pages


Watch as the fabulous four – Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Gloria the Hippo, and Melman the Giraffe – embark on yet another exciting adventure as they try to find their way back home to Central Park Zoo in Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted!

Madagascar 3 starts where Madagascar 2: Escape to Africa left off. The four friends decide that it’s time to leave Africa and head back to their home in the Big Apple.

Alex, Marty, Melman, and Gloria set out to reunite with their other Central Park Zoo friends – the penguins and the chimps – to take their plane back to New York. They make their way to Monte Carlo where the penguins are busy gambling. On seeing Alex and gang, the casino authorities call in the wicked and diabolical Animal Control officer, Chantel DuBois, whose only mission is not the capture of the animals but taking Alex’s head as a trophy!

Thus begin the misadventures of our favorite motley group of animals. In a desperate bid to escape DuBois, Alex and gang pose as circus animals and join a group of travelling circus animals – Vitaly the tiger, Gia the jaguar, and Stephano the sea lion. They earn the trust of the circus animals and work together to put up a spectacular circus performance that is their ticket to New York.

DuBois, though, foils their plans and Alex has to admit to their travelling friends that they are not circus animals. But a joyous reunion later, with the circus animals saving the gang from DuBois, Alex, Marty, Melman, and Gloria realize that home is where the heart is. But home may not really be the Central Park Zoo they have been longing to return to. (Jump Start)

I didn’t post any specific coloring pages since those are pretty easy to find. Simply do a google image search for “Madagascar coloring pages” and you will find plenty. I did include a link at the bottom for the Jump start Madagascar coloring pages because they are great and can be saved as PDFs.

There are so many printables out there for the Madagascar movies that I will probably do future posts for Madagascar 1 and 2. I know there are fun printable masks out there related to Madagascar 2 as well as fun activities. So keep your eyes open for those blog posts.

Disney Secret of the Wings Winter Fairy Free Printables, Activities, and Coloring Pages


Since Winter has taken its control over most of the Northern Hemisphere, I thought It would be fitting to share some Winter Fairy printables from the Disney Movie Tinkerbell Secret of the Wings.
I personally love the snow and all it has to offer. I grew up in a place where snow was a common occurrence and it was not at all unusual to see 4-5 feet at some point during the winter. I don’t see so much of that anymore, but my love of snow is still there.

When the Secret of the Wings movie was released I must have watched it a dozen times. I enjoyed the beautiful snow scenes and the cute story. It was so great to reconnect with my love for winter weather. Although this movie is over a year old, The printables are still excellent ways of enjoying the Tinkerbell franchise and the beauty and fun of the Winter Weather.

Free Rio 2 Printables, Downloads, and Activities Featuring your Favorite Characters

The entire cast of the animated smash RIO returns in RIO 2, and they are joined by a new flock of top actors and musical talents. Rich with grandeur, character, color and music, RIO 2 finds Jewel (Anne Hathaway), Blu (Jesse Eisenberg) and their three kids leaving their domesticated life in that magical city for a journey to the Amazon. They encounter a menagerie of characters who are born to be wild, voiced by Oscar nominee Andy Garcia, Oscar/Emmy/Tony-winner Rita Moreno, Grammy winner Bruno Mars, and Tony winner Kristin Chenoweth.

2014 New Year Teddy Bear Cubeecrafts


Could it be 2014 already? I mean it feels like 2013 just started. Of course I am not the only one to say that. The next few days will be compiled of facebook and twitter posts wondering what happened to 2013 and their plans for 2014.

If you don’t have any plans as of yet, why not up your creative spectrum and begin paper-crafting. Or if you are already a paper-crafter, make more. 😀 You can start with these ready for the New Years Party Teddy bears, complete with 2014 glasses and Party Blower.

Earlier I asked on my facebook page what colors would you like to see the 2014 glasses. Purple was a guerentee, but I wanted to know your favorite colors. Would you believe Blue and green are the top favorite colors that I was PMed? So instead of just one other cubee teddy bear, I made two. You shared and I created.

Materials needed:
Printer
Card stock
scissors
x-acto knife

To make:
1. Cut out each item along the outer black lines.
2. Cut along the white on each tab using the x-acto knife
3. Cut along each red line using the x-acto knife
4. Cut along the white by the ears and the 2014 glasses
5. Fold along each inner solid black line and slide each tab into the slots created with an x-acto knife to form a cube of the head, body, arms, and feet
6. Slide the arms through the red slots on either side of the body.
7. Slide the feet through the red slots at the base of the body.
8. Slide the now completed body through the red lots of the head.
9. Slide blower into hand as shown in pictures below.

He is now complete

Cubeecraft of Dan from the TV show Dan Vs

Dan Vs is a television show focused on a character named, yup you guessed it, Dan. I had not heard of this show until I received a request to make a cubeecraft of Dan. To make this cubeecraft character I watched a couple episodes of Dan Vs. Turns out, I caught myself laughing a few times :D.

On a side note: this cartoon may not be suitable for children (please see Common Sense Media TV Review of Dan Vs) I would suggest doing some research on the TV show and previewing this tv show before you allow your child to watch it.

Who is Dan?

The Nut Job Free Printables, Activities, Masks and More


The Nut Job is set to be released January 17, 2014. This film has some big stars: WILL ARNETT, BRENDAN FRASER, GABRIEL IGLESIAS, JEFF DUNHAM, LIAM NEESON, AND KATHERINE HEIGL. With all these stars I have high hopes that it will be a good film. 😀

Upon the announcement of this film I immediately began my search for some awesome printables. to my surprise, their official website left me wanting, as there were no printables to be found. It took an active search on Google for the past week for me to find anything remotely awesome. Finally Kidz World brought forth an Exclusive Activity PDF with a maze, wordsearch, masks and more.

of course I was not satisfied there so using the matching games featured on the official website I created a printable Matching Game and Stickers (found below). Feel free to print these out and create. Be sure to check out the websites where they were found as well. I am not paid by them to post this, I just like it when people share the love 😀

Disney New Year Printable Party Supplies, Paper Crafts and Activities


2014 is just around the corner, but before January 1st, there are parties to throw and parties to attend.
To help the kids have fun time and have their own new years party, I found a couple of Disney New years Printables that will add to their festivities. Vanellope Von Schweetz Cubeecraft from Disney’s Wreck it Ralph

This one character, out of all of the possibilities out there, had more requests than any other character I have made. After receiving all these requests, I figured I better get Vanellope Von Schweetz completed and posted. No need for a riot hahahaha

She is in her iconic teal hoodie, brown skirt, striped tights and candy coated hair.

Vanellope Von Schweetz is from Disney’s animated feature Wreck it Ralph.

  5. Fold along each inner solid black line and slide each tab into the slots created with an x-acto knife to form a cube of the head, body, arms, and feet
  6. Slide the arms through the red slots on either side of the body.
  7. Slide the feet through the red slots at the base of the body.
  8. Slide the now completed body through the red lots of the head.
  9. Slide the ponytail through the slot on the back of the head

Disney Junior Christmas Printables Activities, Downloads and Coloring Pages

Recently I have had several requests to find Sofia the First Holiday In Enchancia Printables. While I was searching for said printables, I found Disney Junior also had several Christmas Printables for other characters on their roster.
