On February 11, 2014 Mickey Mouse Clubhouse (MMCH) Minnie-rella comes to DVD. It is a Minnie mash-up with Cinderella.
After completing some chores, Minnie falls asleep and dreams that she is Minnie-rella and mickey Mouse is her Prince. All the main characters will be featured: Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy, Pluto, Clarabelle Cow, Ludwig Von Drake, Pete, Mortimer Mouse, Quoodles, Chip ‘n’ Dale and more.

This episode will air on February 14th if you do not wish to get the DVD.

Jungle Book is about a boy named Mowgli. He is rescued by a pack of wolves when he was found crying in the Jungle. However, after a few years, Shere Khan the tiger returns to the forest and has a grudge against man. With Shere Khan on Mowgli’s track, the animals must find Mowgli a man village to live in. Thus begins the jungle Adventure filled with singing birds, singing bears, singing monkeys….there is a lot of singing in the jungle.

Imagine if Walt had failed in getting the rights to make the movie Mary Poppins. I shudder at the thought. The movie Mary Poppins has always been a musical that I can turn to, full of imagination and wonder. I think I sang Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious every day for a year. I mean who doesn’t want to say the word over and over agian? Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious…Just makes you smile and laugh.

Although the film is considered a classic it is still very much alive as each new generation watches the film and falls in love with Jane, Michael, Mary Poppins and Burt.

In the Disney movie Mulan, Mulan struggles with who she is, unable to do things right according to their traditions and honor. When her father is called off to war, she takes his place and leaves home. The ancestors of her family come alive once they realize the horrible decision Mulan had made. They call upon the Great Stone Dragon to bring her home. Unfortunately, Mushu, destroys the dragon while trying to wake him up. He instead embarks on the journey with his little cricket friend, to help Mulan become a soldier and save China.

In 2010, Disney started a campaign called “Celebrate You.” This Celebrate You sweepstakes offered a winner a free pass to Disney parks and several other amazing prizes. To Enter the sweepstakes, any eligible applicant simply filled out a form and submitted it to Disney. Disney also offered the opportunity to increase the applicants chances of winning by allowing them to enter a form every day. By the end of the month of February, each person could have a total of 28 entries.

To give people the incentive to fill out the form and enter the sweepstakes, Disney offered a digital prize (digiprize) for each entry. Every day an applicant submitted a form, Disney gave them a digital download featuring the characters of their Disney/Pixar Films and TV shows.

These digiprizes consist of digital programs and fun and useful printables. For example there is a Beauty and the Beast Digital Clock that connects to your computer clock. It opens on your computer and displays on your desktop.

The list includes:

While, at the time, these were only available for those who entered the Sweepstakes, they have kept the links active for those who still want them. To Download click the image and save it to your computer. For the Digital clocks and Calculator, select PC or MAC and save it to your computer.

If the Digiprize doesn’t work or open:
1. If the Digiprize doesn’t open, right click on the icon and click ‘Properties’
2. Click the Compatibility Tab
3. Click the block next to ‘run this program in compatibility mode for’
4. Then select the operating system that you are running on your computer.
5. Click Apply
6. Click OK
The digiprize should open without a problem.
If it still doesn’t open, select another operating system until you find one that works. 😀
