About THE PIRATE FAIRY
From the world of “Peter Pan” comes “The Pirate Fairy,” a swashbuckling new adventure about Zarina (voice of Christina Hendricks), a smart and ambitious dust-keeper fairy who’s captivated by Blue Pixie Dust and its endless possibilities. When Zarina’s wild ideas get her into trouble, she flees Pixie Hollow and joins forces with the scheming pirates of Skull Rock, who make her captain of their ship. Tinker Bell (voice of Mae Whitman) and her friends must embark on an epic adventure to find Zarina, and together they go sword-to-sword with the band of pirates led by a cabin boy named James (voice of Tom Hiddleston), who’ll soon be known as Captain Hook himself. With laughter, heart, magic and thrills, “The Pirate Fairy” sets sail April 1, 2014.

Disney’s Brave Free Printables, Activities and Coloring Pages

On June 22, 2012 Disney released Brave. Brave features a young lady named Merida who, despite her mothers wishes, is determined to defy many of the old traditions. Most days she spent learning what it was to be a princess, from how to hold yourself to the duties involved. However, she always longed for the day of freedom, where she could roam the forrest, practice archery, and explore the unknown. When she hears that all the princes of the land will fight for her hand in a game decided by her, Merida goes against the norm and fights for her own hand. Queen Elinor, Merida’s mother, doesn’t approve of her antics and demands that she adheres to the customs set forth by those before them to keep peace in their land. When Merida realizes that her mother may never listen to her, she sets out to change her mother’s mind. However, her quest leads to chaos and an accidental change of body instead of mind. She must then face peril and evil forces to find a cure to the curse she unleashed on her mother.

Merida has also been announced as an official Disney Princess and is featured on the Disney Princess Website. She joins Jasmine, Ariel, Repunzel, Tiana, Belle, Cinderella, Pocahontas, Aurora, Mulan, and Snow White. As an official princess, she has several fun perks on her site, including games and an awesome Story Book that can be read or listed to.

I love this movie. Merida is a strong and brave female character that shows girls you have the power to shape your own destiny. It also shows that your mom knows a lot more than you give her credit for and that she has your best interest at heart. It is a story of the bonds of family and the strength that they give you.

Below are several printables featuring Merida and her family. There are bookmarks, puzzles, games, activities, frames, door hangers, 3D crafts, and more. To download click the images below.and save the PDF to your computer. Then print and create for hours of fun! Disney’s Cinderella Prince Charming Cubeecraft Papercraft

What Disney Prince Promised to Marry the Girl That fit a certain glass slipper? Apparently in this Disney movie, no one wore the same size shoe. LOL

Did you guess Prince Charming from Cinderella? You would be right if you did.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Since I have been working on cubeecrafts of Disney Princesses, I have had several requests to create their prince counterparts. I figured since my first Disney Princess that I created was Cinderella, why not make the first prince, Prince Charming.
This cubeecraft features Prince Charming in his uniform he wore to the Ball where he met Cinderella. I had to really figure out what color to make his uniform. In the movie his uniform changes from a golden yellow to a light blue. But after watching the movie again, I determined that his uniform changes in the shadows. Therefore, I made his uniform golden yellow, which to me appears to be the official color.
CUBEECRAFT:
Materials needed:
Printer
Card stock
scissors
x-acto knife
To make:
  1. Cut out each item along the outer black lines.
  2. Cut along the white on each tab using the x-acto knife
  3. Cut along each red line using the x-acto knife
  4. Fold along each inner solid black line and slide each tab into the slots created with an x-acto knife to form a cube of the head, body, arms, and feet
  5. Slide the arms through the red slots on either side of the body.
  6. Slide the feet through the red slots at the base of the body.
  7. Slide the now completed body through the red lots of the head.
    He is now complete
Remakes of Disney’s Song “Let it Go” from Disney’s Animated Film Frozen
Disney’s new Animated movie, Frozen, has certainly left it’s mark on the world winning several awards for the film and for the music. One of my favorite songs from the film is “Let it go” performed by Idina Menzel. I am one of those that jumps up and starts singing as soon as the song starts playing. I can’t help it, it is just…well…Amazing.
There are many different remakes of the song.
Some continue the beauty of the song and almost bring tears to your eyes. Like the one by Alex Boyé (Africanized Tribal Cover) Ft. One Voice Children’s Choir
Then you have those that have a little fun with it like Pentatonix making a FROZEN MEDLEY:
But I think the most creative thus far is the one Brian Hull Published on Mar 14, 2014. Brian Hull sang “Let it Go” in several different character voices. He stated, “With so many covers of Let it Go coming out, people may forget the original Disney magic that this song has, so what better way to preserve that magic with other Disney and Pixar characters singing the song!” Trust me he does it justice. I found myself in almost tears laughing as I watched his facial expressions as he performed the song on camera in the recording studio.
It is a must watch.
Enjoy the music 😀
Walt Disney Animation Studios presents a chilly twist on one of the most humorous and heartwarming stories ever told. “Disney Animation’s best since The Lion King” (William Bibbiani, CraveOnline) will melt your heart as fearless optimist Anna sets off on an epic journey — teaming up with rugged mountain man Kristoff and his loyal reindeer Sven — to find her sister Elsa, whose icy powers have trapped the kingdom of Arendelle in eternal winter. While they race to save the kingdom from an endless winter, how about we enjoy what is left of ours. So I have one question…
Do you want to build a snowman?
Ok, maybe not Marshmallow, but Olaf would be fun to build. his cute little nose is like a baby unicorn. 😀
Cubeecrafts of Alien and Predator and a Free AvP Tic Tac Toe Printable
Alien and Predator Cubeecraft and Printable SKGaleana
Today, while updating my DeiviantArt Page and viewing art by friends and followers, I found 3 very cool cubeecrafts that I thought were well worth the share.
In 2004 Alien Vs Predator was released on DVD. Placing two of the most feared creatures in outer-space against each other in a battle to the death. I had seen all of the Alien movies and all of the Predator movies, so this release was something I looked forward to. Had I been into Cosplay in 2004, I would have dressed up like Predator and saw the movie in style. However, the lack of costume did not take away from the epic battle between these two races.
Movie story:
During an archaeological expedition on Bouvetøya Island in Antarctica, a team of archaeologists and other scientists find themselves caught up in a battle between the two legends. Soon, the team realize that only one species can win.
It has been almost 10 years since the release of AvP and for me, it is still an epic movie. Which is why, when I found these cubeecrafts, I had to download them myself and share them. Below are two Predator Cubeecrafts made by Cyberdrone and an Alien Made by TaxisFlashDude. Feel free to download them, print and create them. They make awesome desk ornaments or paper toys. Be sure to visit the sites of those who created them and check out there other paper crafts and cubeecrafts.
To download the Predators simply click the images below and save them to your computer.
To download the Alien click the image. It will take you to the DeviantArt Page. There on the right click download and save the sip to your computer.:D
Pixie Hallow Games Party Printables and Activities
With winter finally taking a step back and spring jumping forward we search for activities to do outside of the house. Sometimes that can be difficult but the Disney Movie Pixie Hallow Games gives us a perfect way to combine friends, fun and party all outdoors. As an added bonus these games also help strengthen friendship, teamwork and a “Can Do” attitude
The Movie is about “Tinker Bell and her fairy friends as they compete in Disney’s animated adventure, Pixie Hollow Games. Rosetta and new arrival Chloe band together to try to break the garden fairies’ legendary losing streak in this incredible sports spectacle filled with pixie pageantry, fantastic fairy events and hilarious surprises. Clank and Bobble call the action as Rosetta and Chloe face off against the storm fairies, Rumble and Glimmer, who are vying for their fifth championship ring.”
Like the Movie We can throw our own Pixie Hallow Games by printing out the activities below and a little planning. They are free to download, print and create.
Planning:
First send out the invitations. Make sure all the players know when and where the games will be held.
Print out the fitness Guides. These are games by each type of Fairy. Instructions are included in each PDF. Collect all the items needed for the games. Have dedicated spaces for each event with an area around the yard for the fans to stand and watch. There are 6 PDFs with two games each so you will need 12 spots for the games.
Have the kids compete in these games to earn Trading cards, certificates, stickers, Friendship Bracelets, Headbands, or rings (see free printables). A large Poster Board with everyone’s names written on it can be used to keep track of the wins.
Give each player a goodie bag with a pair of goggles, Spirit Fingers and playbook so that they can look the part of a player and root for their favorite player. The Play Book includes small activities such as mazes, match the fairy to the flag and a word search.
The Silly Spinner and the Leapfrogging kit make great side games in between the larger activities.
After the activities, be sure to plan some down time. Provide drinks snacks and maybe watch the Movie Pixie Hollow Games.
