Good Burger 2 DIY Costume and Slider Recipe

Ed and Dex are back with a hilarious new crew of employees in the brand-new movie Good Burger 2! For the DIY costume, you will need:

  • Heat transfer Vinyl, Light Blue
  • Felt in Light Blue and White
  • White short sleeve Dress SHirt
  • White Poster Board
  • Glue Gun and Glue
  • Scissors
  • Name Tag Template

Once your costume is done it is time to make the sliders and really get into character! Use the recipe below to make these Delicious Good Burger 2 sliders. Be sure to print the flags and attach them to toothpicks to finish the look.

Welcome to Good Burger, home of the Good Burger.


Time to enjoy some delicious sliders with this recipe inspired by Ed’s own Good Burger Sliders.

Ingredients

    For the Burger:
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • For the Ed’s Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 3 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tsp dill pickle relish
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • For Assembly:
  • 1 (12-count) package slider buns
  • Lettuce
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • Tomatoes, sliced
  • Hamburger dill pickle slices
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
  • Burger flag template

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9×13 sheet pan or baking pan with foil
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder together. Press into a large patty, filling oyt the bottom of prepared sheet pan. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, then remove from oven. Carefullt drain off any excess grease and transfer the patty to a plate and set aside.
  3. Make Ed’s sauce by mixing all of the ingrediats in a medium bowl
  4. Once pan has cooled, remove foli from the baking pan and replace with new foil. Slice an entire pack of buns i half lengthwise and place bottom half in the baking pan.
  5. Add about 1/3 of the Ed’s Sauce on top of the buns, followed by a then layer of lettuce. Carefully place burfer patty on top f the bed of lettuce. Add American cheese evenly over the patty followed by another thin layer of lettuce, another 1/3 of Ed’s Sauce, sliced tomatoes, and pickles. Add one final layer of lettuce and the remaining Ed’s Sauce. Place the top buns over the top, pressing down gently onto the toppings.
  6. Use a basting brush to brush the top of the buns with butter, then sprinkle with sesame seeds
  7. Bake in oven for an additional 10 min, or until cheese is melted and tops are golden
  8. Using a serrated knife, slice sliders into 12 individual servings.
