Cubeecraft of Razor From the TV Series Swat Kats The Radical Squadron

The Brains of the pair is finally here! Where would T-Bone be without Razor? Razor, a mechanic, an inventor and best friend to T-Bone. His awesome missiles often hit their target and usually are created just in time to take down the new threat.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Like the T-bone Cubeecraft, Razor is a little more difficult than most. His ears had to be 3D as well just to make them look right on the cubeecraft.

To build the cubee:

  1. To the left and right of Razors face there is a black Oval. In that Oval there are three white lines that must be cut to create a hole that the ear tabs can slide through. The bottom tab will curve up into the ear to give it a more 3D look. Be very careful when cutting out the ears, they are very delicate. Once the ear is cut out fold along the black line. Slide the tabs into the holes and it will form an ear.
  2. The face of Razor also pops out to give him that cat feel. Before you fold the cubeecraft’s head cut along the while lines around the cheeks. When you fold the head do not fold the cheeks so that they stick out. See picture below for a visual.
  3. To attach the tail, there is a white line on the back of the cubee that has to be cut for the tabs of the tail to slide into. Both tabs must slide into the hole created. When you cut out the tail be very careful. It must stay connected at the tip where you would fold it in half.

Cubeecraft of T-Bone From the TV Series Swat Kats The Radical Squadron

One of my favorite cartoon characters would have to be T-Bone from the cartoon series Swat Kats. I mean who doesn’t like a funny, loyal pilot who tries to save the city even after being screwed by Feral?

I found this cubeecraft a little more difficult than most. I had to watch the entire series just to make sure I get the flight suit and accessories right (and you know I totally loved it 😀 )

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Believe it or not the ears on this character were the hardest. I would draw the ears on this cubee and find that they just didn’t look right. I quickly realized these ears were gonna have to pop out from the side of T-Bone’s head. With no template for these, I had to get creative and form one by getting a close up of how the ears appear on T-bone. After several attempts I think I found an awesome set of cat ears.

A Simple Yet Adorable Halloween Wreath

I really wanted a Halloween Wreath this year and I had searched everywhere to find one that would match my decor. unfortunately I had no such luck. While skulls and spiders may top off some parties, I needed something Purple and cute. It became obvious that I was gonna have to make one.

And you, my lucky readers will get to learn how to create such a wonderful festive Halloween Wreath that is not so creepy but hints towards cute. 😀

This Wreath is actually easy to make and requires very little time.

What you will need:
3 – 9 feet Festive Garland. I went to the dollar store and found shiny garland in 3 different designs: Orange with pumpkins, White with spiders, and Black with Purple Ghosts (my choice of course).

1 – 6 Foot Floral Wire. This can also be found at the dollar store in their floral section.

Duct Tape – I had this already, because lets face it I use Duct Tape on practically everything

Directions:
1. Unwind the floral Wire.
2. Fold the wire in half
3. Fold the wire in half again lightly.
4. Place end to end and Duct Tape them together
5. Work the Wire into a circle. (It should be a double layer circle.
6. Attach one end of the 9ft garland to the Floral ring with Duct Tape
7. Tightly wrap the garland around the wire. make sure that each time you wrap the garland around the wire it is tight so that no gold wire shows through.
8. When the Garland is finished, Duct Tape it to the wire.
9. Repeat steps 6-8 for the second strand of Garland
10. For the final strand repeat steps 6-7.
11. Leave 10 inches of the Garland to form a loop so that you have a way to hang it.
12. Tie the end of the final piece of Garland to the ring to form the loop.

You now have a wreath to hang. 😀

Share your creations on my Facebook Page! I Would love to see them!

Cubeecraft of the Puppet Bubba J from the Jeff Dunham Comedy Show

What are Bubba J’s favorite things to do?
“Watching Nascar and Drinking Beer”
“Look Another Left Turn!”

This exaggerated character is one of Jeff Dunham’s crazier puppets (except for Peanut, he takes the cake 😀 ) and Bubba J has captured the hearts of all the strange people of the world (I just hope they don’t relate to him hahahaha).

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I happen to be one of the strange people who laugh as Bubba J talks of Beer, Nascar and his family, while every now and then moving one eye to the left and right. And because of my strange love for this character, I figured it was time he became an awesome papercraft and enter the world of cubeecraft awesomeness.

He is a little different from a normal cubeecraft. This character wears a hat so the head block slants a little to give him a ball cap. The rim of the cap has to be attached by inserting it into the three cuts you have to open. (they are the white lines: One above his eyes, one to the right of his eyes along the black border and one to the left of his eyes along the black border.) You also have to cut along the white line below his mouth so that it extends (the mouth should not be folded). Use the image below to help you put him together.

Remember cubeecrafts do not require glue or tape, they have interlocking tabs that connect together. Each tab has a white line that needs to be cut using an exacto knife. The tabs then slide in through that cut and remain in place.

To Build the Cubeecraft:

Materials needed:
Printer
Card stock
scissors
x-acto knife

To make:
BODY
1. Cut out each item along the outer black lines.
2. Cut along the white on each tab using the x-acto knife
3. Cut along each red line using the x-acto knife
4. Fold along each inner solid black line and slide each tab into the slots you created with an x-acto knife to form a cube of the head, body, arms, and feet
5. Slide the arms through the red slots on either side of the body.
6. Slide the feet through the red slots at the base of the body.
7. Slide the now completed body through the red lots of the head.

The Cubeecraft is now complete. Use the image above for an example of how it should look when completed if you are having any troubles.

Cubeecraft of the Puppet Walter from the Jeff Dunham Comedy Show

Another favorite from Jeff Dunham’s Puppet Lineup. Walter, a sour apple, certainly brings humor to the show. Get your own Walter Puppet as a Cubeecraft

Halloween Mask of Walter From the Jeff Dunham Show

Halloween Mask of Amon a Character from Avatar The Legend of Korra

Halloween is coming up fast. Stores are full with Decor and costumes. The motion sensor screaming ghosts are back to their old tricks (they just can’t leave me alone haha).

There are a ton of costumes out there on display. and many of them will make children very happy, but I found a shortage of anything Avatar related (The Last Airbender or Legend of Korra).

Wanting to add some Avatar Flare to Halloween and because I am an absolutely printable fanatic, I created a Halloween mask of Amon. All that is required is the hood for a down right awesome display of Amon.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Remember that this mask is printable. It will not work in the rain and its durability is paper-thin, but if you are looking for something free and easy to use than this mask may just fit your needs.

To make this mask:
1. Print this out on Cardstock
2. Cut the design out along the outer black solid line.
3. There are two white dots to the right and to the left. Punch a hole in those dots.
4. Tie a string or a length of yarn through one hole. Wrap it around the head and attach it two the second hole so that the mask is now secure on your face.
5. You are now ready to add the hood and begin your celebrations 😀

Cubeecrafts of Pema and Rohan from Avatar Legend of Korra

It’s friday! And it couldn’t have come any sooner…No really it is mathematically impossible LOL! but that all aside guess what it brings! Yup a new cubeecraft! And today we finally complete the Airbending family. You have seen Tenzin, Jinora, Ikki, and Meelo. However, the family is not complete without Pema. The mother of 4 and wife to Tenzin.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Pema is a nurturing wife and mother. When she can, she assists Tenzin with his indecisions. Although she loves their children she has mentioned on occasion that she would have liked them to be non-airbenders (Which I can understand, Aang was a very hyperactive kid, and so are his grand kids LOL). We are told that she was shy in the past, but that all seems to have changed since she proclaimed her love to Tenzin. Now we find her eager to give advice and helpful to those who need it. Even Korra has looked to her for love advice.
Rohan, Tenzin’s fourth child, was born during and Equalist attack on Republic City. Before his birth, Katara tells Pema he is strong and will be another powerful airbender (much to Pema’s disappointment LOL) He is very cute but we haven’t seen much of him in the series, hopefully that will change as new episodes get released, which is taking forever. 😀
This cubeecraft is a little different from other cubees. The center cube has been extended to resemble a dress. The legs cube has been removed from the cubee as her feet peek out from beneath her dress. This cubee also comes with Baby Rohan, which she can carry in her right arm. You will need to cut along the red lines in order to create two openings for Rohan’s tabs to fit through (see picture below). This will make it look as if Pema is carrying the baby (although I would not recommend this way of carrying a baby in real life hahaha).
To Build the Cubeecraft:
Materials needed:
Printer
Card stock
scissors
x-acto knife
To make:
  1. Cut out each item along the outer black lines.
  2. Cut along the white on each tab using the x-acto knife including in either side of the face
  3. Cut along each red line using the x-acto knife
  4. Fold along each inner solid black line and slide each tab into the slots you created with an x-acto knife to form a cube of the head, body, arms, and feet
  5. Slide the arms through the red slots on either side of the body.
  6. Slide the now completed body through the red lots of the head.
Cubeecraft of Amon from Avatar Legend of Korra
And now for the scariest villain a bender will ever face. A villain that is capable of taking away bending abilities. Amon brought fear to the bending world of Avatar The Legend of Korra. At first many thought his ability to take away the bending of others was a gift from the Spirits (but we all know differently).
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

As the leader of the Equalists, Amon shows great skill in leadership and tactical attacks. He was able to use fear and anger in non-benders in order to rally them for his cause. I would go into this character a lot more but I do not want to ruin the final episode in season 1. Seriously if you haven’t seen it you do not know what you are missing. Very epic!

So to keep myself from giving away everything I will simply give you the cubeecraft…enjoy 😀

Cubeecraft of Tenzin from Avatar Legend of Korra

Wow, I had a rush of requests for Tenzin as a cubeecraft. He is one popular guy. This cubeecraft has facial hair which requires it to be cut along the while lines so that it will stick out as seen in the picture. It makes it a little more difficult, but you can’t have Tenzin without his beard. 😀

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Who is Tenzin?
Tenzin is an Airbending master, as shown by the iconic blue arrow tattoos that Avatar Aang also sported. He is husband to Pema and a father of four, three (that we know of) are airbenders: Jinora, Ikki and Meelo. His youngest, a newborn son, has not been shown as an airbender. His name is Rohan. Often times we see Tenzin as calm and stern, but trust me he has a crazy side. We, of course, see more the crazy in his kids.
Without further adieu, I give you Tenzin, Avatar Korra’s Airbending master.
