Or, if you are like me and love all three, than the Freemaker Adventures is an epic and hilarious animated show the whole family can enjoy with comedy, new bad guys and new tech.

Lego Star Wars has always been a master of putting in more than a few jokes for a laugh, usually with characters stating the obvious in a very sarcastic way. In the second season of the Freemaker Adventures, the writers do not disappoint. When introducing an all new character, a droid named MOC, we still get the hilarious statements we have come to love. For example, when Vader states that MOC lacks the use of the force, MOC responds, “I also lack offspring that wish to overthrow the emperor.” …priceless

Fun Fact: MOC is LEGO speak for “My Own Creation”, which is what MOC is to the emperor…his own creation to hunt down the Freemakers. It is an awesome nod to us LEGO fans.

While the Emperor is after the Freemakers using his new droid MOC, Rowan, Kordi and Zander must find a place in the Rebellion. For Kordi, it is her bartering that sets her apart from the others. Zander is an excellent mechanic, though he wants to be a pilot. Rowen discovers his purpose when he has a dream about a ship that could switch the balance of the war to their favor. He begins the adventure to find all the parts and build something no one has ever seen before.

These adventures only get harder for the Freemakers to complete as time goes on, but with the help from some old friends and new friends, they may just be the cog in the machine the rebellion needs to win.

I give LEGO Star Wars THe Freemaker Adventures Season 2 five stars. It is a hilarious LEGO inspried cartoon the family can love with adventures that keep us glued to the seat and waiting for what will happen next as we almost die laughing.

11 Comic Book Easter Eggs from the Thor: Ragnarok Commentary Track with Taika Waititi:

1. The initial Hela costume is loosely based on the comic design and transitions into the iconic version when she returns to Asgard. Her weapons were based on Gorr the God Butcher’s weapons from the “God of Thunder” comic storyline.
2. Sakaar’s design was taken from Jack Kirby’s artwork. Taika was a fan as a kid and incorporated many shapes and colors from classic comics.
3. The obedience discs are power inhibitors lifted from the “Planet Hulk” comic storyline.
4. The designs of many background characters in Sakaar were also lifted directly from Jack Kirby comics.
5. Traditionally, the Grandmaster in the comics is blue-skinned, but they thought people might tie it back to Jeff Goldblum’s character from “Earth Girls Are Easy.”
6. The characters of Korg and Miek are from the “Planet Hulk” comic storyline. Taika based Korg’s voice on the Polynesian bouncers in New Zealand, many of whom are extremely polite and don’t want to hurt anyone.
7. The large wolf, Fenris, is a great ally of Hela’s in the comics.
8. The mural on the back wall of The Grandmaster’s suite is actual Jack Kirby artwork.
9. After years of fans asking for it, Thor finally got his helmet in the Sakaarian battle arena.
10. Odin’s spear, Gungnir, appears in the background of the throne room on Asgard.
11. Hulk’s Sakaarian wardrobe casual wear is lifted from various Hulk comics.

As if the suspense wasn’t enough, we find the team shocked by Prince Lotor coming to their rescue in the fight against the evil witch Haggar, leaving the Paladins struggling with whether or not they can really trust him. Though suspicious, Team Voltron is able to liberate more rebels with the aid of Lotor’s intel. Just as things start to look hopeful, Zarkon strikes, resulting in a shocking chain of events.
